Specific users are being suspended very often. Why is this happening?

realsmart will suspend users who are not present in the MIS data that we pull from you. If you are sure the user exists within your MIS please check that unique data(UPN/MIS ID/Staff Code) is present and that it isn’t clashing with any other users in your MIS. Clashing or non-existent unique data is the most common cause of suspensions.
